Richard J. Franchella joins Gladstone Wealth Partners as Managing Director of National Sales. Prior to joining Gladstone, Rich previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a Complex Manager, covering thirteen branches across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Prior to his role at Morgan Stanley, Rich has worked with RBC Wealth Management, Legg Mason, Prudential Securities, and PaineWebber. Rich has also served on the executive committee of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Sales and Marketing Committee, and is past Chairman of the Committee. Rich is also a frequent guest speaker at SIFMA events, including the SIFMA/Wharton Branch Management Leadership Institute, Branch Manager Development Program, and Sales and Marketing Conference. Rich is very involved with giving back to the community in which he works and lives. He currently serves on the Board for Jazz House Kids and is the founder/creator of The Really Big Show, a variety show fundraiser to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Family Services of Westchester. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Iona College for over ten years. He also served as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC as well as the Chairman of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, Race for the Kids. The Race for the Kids is a 4K run/walk held in NYC that raises awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Rich is a graduate of Iona College and also graduated from a 3-year sales management program at the Wharton School. He is the proud father of Ricky, Adam, Olivia, AJ, Justin, Nicholas and Luke. Rich and his wife Roberta live in Manchester, MD.
