Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to her role as Chief Operations Officer at Gladstone Wealth Partners. Prior to joining the firm, she held positions at Morgan Stanley and PNC, where she honed her expertise in operations, service, and advisor support.

In her current role, Jennifer leads the firm’s operational strategy; streamlining systems, driving scalable growth, and championing advisor growth. She is deeply committed to enhancing the advisor experience and takes pride in creating solutions that are proactive, efficient, and aligned with Gladstone’s core values.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Felician University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys live music and theater, home improvement projects, and diving into a good book. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband and teen daughters, especially while traveling or exploring new places together.
